Every person in Meadowlark owns equity. We believe equity ownership encourages professionalism, dedication, and entrepreneurship. 

Clients have real time access to work product via Meadowlark's website.  Meadowlark supplies all field landmen with mobile Internet.  They daily update runsheets. Through our secure log-in section, clients can see who the tracts were assigned to, what date they were assigned and the mineral ownership reports—in real time.  

We carry multi-million dollar Error & Omission and General Liability Insurance policies. We stand behind our work, and at times, that may require making the client whole. With multi-million dollar policies behind us, Meadowlark ensures that it is accountable to the client and mineral rights owners.

Details.

Every Landman holds an AAPL designation (CPL, RPL, RL) or a law degree(JD). We believe that educaion--whether through formal, field experience or continuing--provides the best background for and make the most professional landmen. 

In-house counsel that reviews runsheets before they are submitted for title opinions. Our In-house landmen, who are also attorneys, provide a layer of due diligence before mineral ownership reports are submitted for title opinions. We find that this cuts client closts, from both the legal and curative perspective. 

In-house training before any landman sets foot in the field. Meadowlark trains every landman, regardless of experience level, on the title issues in the play. 

Meadowlark vets every candidate and has relationships at law schools nationwide. Our Director of Recruiting personally vets every potential landman candidate. Since this is a full time position, Meadowlark always has landmen ready for immediate assignment across the country.

Perseverance.

Meadowlark is well funded. The oil and gas industry is volatile. Because of capitalization and investor commitment, Meadowlark is well capitalized and here to stay. Meadowlark carries no debt and believes that is the most efficient way to operate a business. Sways in the market will not sway us.
